How does pricing work?
Monthly subscription. Lite ₹6k → Enterprise ₹35k for service plans. WhatsApp add-on is optional: ₹2k/mo Basic or ₹5k/mo Pro.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, anytime. Upgrade or downgrade from Billing tab. Prorated billing.
Are there hidden charges?
No. The monthly fee includes everything in your plan. WhatsApp messages beyond your tier quota may have small per-message charges (passed through from AiSensy).
Do you take setup fees?

What documents can I generate?
Quotation, Tax Invoice (GST compliant), Items List, LR Copy (Lorry Receipt), Money Receipt — all branded with your logo + GSTIN.
Are invoices GST compliant?
Yes. Auto CGST+SGST for intra-state or IGST for inter-state. Your GSTIN, customer GSTIN, HSN/SAC support.
What is the public tracking page?
When you mark a lead as "won", a tracking number is auto-generated. Customer can visit yourdomain.com/track/RH-XXX-YYMMDD-0001 to see live status without any login.
Yes. Each brand needs its own dedicated WhatsApp number registered with Meta (WABA approval). We integrate via AiSensy — they handle the approval flow.
How long does WhatsApp setup take?
AiSensy account: same day. WABA approval: 1-2 business days. Template approval (each template): 24-48 hours.
What if a customer messages our WhatsApp?
Inbound messages are received via DishaLive webhook. Chatbot can auto-reply to FAQs (rates, services, hours, etc.). You can customize FAQs from /admin/whatsapp/{brand}/chatbot.
Can I send bulk messages?
Not bulk promotional — that violates Meta policy. But transactional (lead notifications, doc shares, tracking updates, payment reminders, review requests) are all supported.
