Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel anytime via account settings or by emailing support@reloaddigital.in. See our Refund Policy for refund eligibility based on subscription type and timing.

Who owns the content I create on Reload Hub?

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create. You grant us a limited license to host and process it for service delivery. AI-generated content is yours subject to underlying AI provider terms.

What is Reload Hub's service uptime SLA?

We target 99.5% monthly uptime excluding scheduled maintenance. Maintenance announced 48 hours in advance. Service credits available for proven SLA breaches.

What law governs these Terms?

Indian law. Disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurgaon, Haryana. Arbitration available if mutually agreed under Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996.

Are there any usage restrictions?

Yes — you cannot use the Platform for illegal activity, spam, copyright infringement, reverse-engineering, or anything competitive with Reload Hub. Full list in Section 5 (Acceptable Use).

How is liability limited?

Our total liability is capped at fees you paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect/consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss. See Section 9.
