Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel your Reload Hub subscription, what happens to your data after cancellation, and the account closure process.

1. How to Cancel
- Self-Service: Login → Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan
- Email: Send cancellation request to support@reloaddigital.in
- Phone: Call +91 9911076600 during business hours (Mon-Sat, 10 AM - 7 PM IST)
Cancellation confirmation emailed within 24 hours.
2. When Cancellation Takes Effect
- Monthly: End of current billing month — you keep access until that date
- Quarterly: End of current quarter
- Annual: End of current annual period
- Refund eligible: Immediate cancellation + refund per Refund Policy
3. Auto-Renewal Cancellation
If you only want to stop auto-renewal (continue using until current period ends), select "Disable Auto-Renewal" instead of "Cancel Now". This gives you full benefit of paid period without future charges.
4. Data Retention After Cancellation
- Days 1-30: Account data retained, can be reactivated by re-subscribing
- Day 30+: Permanent deletion of account data, content, settings
- Backups: Removed from backup systems within 90 days
- Legal holds: Some data retained per tax/legal requirements (typically 7 years for invoices)
5. Data Export Before Cancellation
Before cancelling, export your data:
- Content Export: CSV/JSON download from Admin Panel
- Backup Download: Full account backup ZIP available
- Custom Export: Email support@reloaddigital.in for assistance
Data export must be completed within 30 days post-cancellation. Beyond that, data is permanently deleted.
6. Effect on Published Sites
- Client sites hosted on Reload Hub infrastructure: taken offline at end of subscription
- Sites on your own hosting: continue to work (your responsibility)
- Domain registrations made through us: ownership transferred to you (manage at your registrar)
7. Reactivation
Within 30 days of cancellation, you can reactivate your account:
- Re-subscribe to any active plan
- Account data restored as it was
- No setup fee for reactivation within 30 days
After 30 days: Need to create new account from scratch.
8. Partial Refunds on Cancellation
Per Refund Policy:
- Within refund window: full refund
- Quarterly/Annual after window: pro-rated refund with cancellation fee
- Monthly after 7 days: no refund, but service continues until period end
9. Cancellation Due to Terms Violation
If we cancel your account for Terms violation:
- Immediate access termination
- No refund for current or future billing periods
- Data retention for 30 days for legal compliance
- Right to appeal via legal@reloaddigital.in
10. Service Pause vs. Cancellation
Need to pause temporarily? Available for quarterly and annual subscriptions:
- Pause up to 30 days/year
- Subscription period extended by pause duration
- No charges during pause
- Account features fully restored on resume
