This Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel your Reload Hub subscription, what happens to your data after cancellation, and the account closure process.

How do I cancel my Reload Hub subscription?

Self-service via Account Settings → Cancel Plan, OR email support@reloaddigital.in, OR call +91 9911076600. Confirmation emailed within 24 hours.

What happens to my data after cancellation?

Data retained for 30 days (can reactivate). After 30 days: permanent deletion. Backups removed within 90 days. Some data retained 7 years for legal/tax compliance (invoices).

Can I export my data before cancelling?

Yes — CSV/JSON export from Admin Panel, or full backup ZIP. Must complete within 30 days post-cancellation. Email {EMAIL_SUPPORT} for export assistance.

Can I pause instead of cancelling?

Yes for quarterly/annual subscriptions — up to 30 days/year pause. Subscription period extended by pause duration. Email {EMAIL_SUPPORT} to request.

If I cancel, do I get refund?

Within refund window (7 days monthly, 15 days quarterly, 30 days annual): full refund. After: see Refund Policy for pro-rated terms. Monthly after 7 days: service continues to period end, no refund.

Can I reactivate my cancelled account?

Yes, within 30 days of cancellation — just re-subscribe and data restored. No setup fee. After 30 days: need to create new account.
